Ice Embers





Nothing ever seems to be what it appears to be ... at least on the surface. Taken at face value one would think the above photographs were of fire embers, whereas in actuality they are photographs from my third ice painting series.

    Yes I agree but they also look like something organic that has been frozen in ice for thousands of years.

    Indeed. What I like best about them is how the orange in most of these photographs gives off the impression/hint of cave drawings.
